Job summary

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor at the Cedarbrook Nursing Home and Rehab in Allentown, PA. The shift options include 6:30 am–3:30 pm, 11:00 am–7:30 pm, or 3:00 pm to close, with rotating weekends.

Prior supervisory experience is required and the fixed pay rate is $20.00 per hour. This role involves directing associates during the shift, providing training, and ensuring that quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as the main contact for employee requests for time off and questions.
