Morrison Living is seeking a SHIFT SUPERVISOR for the Valley View Nursing & Rehab Center in Montoursville, PA. This role offers full-time and part-time schedules with Monday–Friday shifts and rotating weekends; pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.50 per hour, with benefits described below.

You will direct associates on a shift, schedule and train staff, evaluate performance, and prepare reports to ensure quality, productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior food service in a healthcare setting experience required.

• Location: Valley View Nursing & Rehab Center - 2140 Warrensville Road, Montoursville, PA 17754.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedule. Monday - Friday, rotating weekends. Hours may vary. Further details upon interview.

• Pay Range: $16.00per hour to$19.50per hour.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
