TouchPoint is hiring a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor at Columbia St Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. You will oversee cleaning operations, assign tasks, and ensure sanitation and safety standards across rooms and common areas.

The schedule runs 7:00 am–3:30 pm with rotating weekends/holidays. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, and compensation ranges from $24.00 to $25.00 per hour. This role supports hospital operations across TouchPoint’s healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and participates in the overall sanitation and safety of the facility and associates.
• Determines cleaning assignments and establishes priorities; adjusts for occupancy changes or emergencies.
• Ensures security of keys and responds to customer needs.
• Follows procedures, expedites workflow, and communicates room status.
• Inspects rooms and stock areas, approves staff performance, and takes corrective action.
• Reports unsafe conditions and maintenance needs; coordinates repairs and upkeep.
• Oversees productivity and breaks; communicates performance to management.
• Onboards and trains associates; conducts daily pre-service meetings.
