Job summary

CVS Health in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. The role also requires leading the store staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring opening/closing tasks are completed and procedures followed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager or operations supervisor and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities and communicating with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory according to weekly promotions and seasonal needs.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
