The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the shift to ensure efficient and safe operations. This role involves assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and maintaining high-quality output . The supervisor also addresses any issues on the production floor, ensures equipment is safely used and well-maintained a nd provides regular reports on production progress.
