Shift Supervisor

Type: Full Time

We are searching for a Customer Service Front Desk Supervisor to join our team! As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to serve your community by enabling all people to enhance their lives through fitness in a judgment-free environment. You will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional “Judgment Free” member experience!

Some of your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

1. Customer Service/Front Desk Activities
2. Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making members feel comfortable and welcomed.
3. Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
4. Use info call script for first-time callers.
5. Check members in, tour, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events.
6. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
7. Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases via POS system.
8. Explain and promote fitness instruction classes (pe@pf) to members.
9. Exceed minimum daily statistics.
10. Assess and assist in emergency medical situations.
11. Uphold rules and policies in the facility.
