Job Opening: Shift Supervisor at Morrison Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Shift Supervisor positions.

Location: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, 231 South Collins Road, Sunnyvale, TX 75182. Note: online applications only.

Schedule: Various shifts including 12-hour shifts. Hours and days may vary, including rotating weekends. Details provided during interview.

Job Summary

Supervise activities of associates during a shift, ensuring tasks are completed according to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare reports on production or sales for management.
• Handle employee complaints and requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging advancement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
