Job summary

Canteen is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Spartanburg, SC. This role oversees a specific shift, directs associates, and ensures adherence to policies while meeting quality and safety standards.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour. Prior food service experience is preferred, and internal referral bonuses exist.

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Adidas America Spartanburg - 685 Cedar Crest Road, Spartanburg, SC 29301. Note: online applications accepted only.

Requirement: Previous food service experience preferred.

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
