We are hiring immediately for a full-time and part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Capital One Roseville - 1151 Galleria Boulevard Suite 145, Roseville, CA 95678. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules. Friday through Monday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide training and create work schedules.
2. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
3. Prepare reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
4. Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
5. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
