We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR HOURLY positions.

Location: Children's Mercy Hospital - Adele Hall - 2401 Gillham Road, Kansas City, MO 64108

Schedule: Full-time and part-time; Monday - Friday, 4:00 am - 12:30 pm, some weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Pay Range: $18.50 to $24.85 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline when necessary.
• Prepare reports on production or sales for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints and requests for time off.
• Mentor employees, encourage goal setting, and promote career advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
