Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services in Wichita, KS is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor. This role directs associates on a shift, trains staff, schedules work, and ensures quality, safety, and customer service standards are met.

The position requires a hands-on leader who can adapt to varied days and hours. TouchPoint is part of Compass Group, serving patients and visitors at Ascension Health hospitals across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet standards of work performance.
• Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Serving as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentoring and developing employees and encouraging advancement within the organization.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
