TouchPoint Support Services is hiring for a Shift Supervisor in Brookfield, WI. This full-time/part-time role oversees shift activities, ensures policy adherence, and directs associates to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets.

Shift Supervisor Position Details

• We are hiring immediately for full time and part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.


• Address: Ascension Franciscan Place - 19525 West North Avenue, Brookfield, WI 53045. Note: online applications accepted only.


• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Days and hours may vary; 7:00 am to 8:00 pm; rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.


• Requirement: Previous supervisory and diet knowledge experience required.


• Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.


• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.


• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.


• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.


• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
