Job summary

SSC Services for Education is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor for White Hall Schools in White Hall, AR. You will direct associates on a shift, train staff, and monitor that job expectations meet policy and procedure.

Two years of supervisory experience are required. The role offers comprehensive benefits, training and growth opportunities, and same-day pay. Hours are Monday through Friday, with some locations within the district.

• We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.
• Location: White Hall Schools - 700 Bulldog Drive, White Hall, AR 71602. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
• Requirement: 2 years of prior supervisory experience is required.
• Pay Range: $14.00 per hour to $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
