We have an opening for a full-time Shift Supervisor position.

Location: 705 Boulder Drive, Breinigsville, PA 18031. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Wednesday - Saturday or Sunday - Wednesday, 7:00am - 5:30pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior supervisory experience is required.

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Job Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
