Job Opening: Shift Supervisor at Morrison Healthcare

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor position.

Location: Vanderbilt Tullahoma Harton Hospital - 1801 North Jackson Street, Tullahoma, TN 37388. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time; days and hours may vary. Twelve-hour shifts with rotating weekends. More details provided upon interview.

Requirements: Prior management experience required. Willing to train!

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Oversee activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while adhering to policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address performance issues.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee concerns and requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
