Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR (PIZZA KITCHEN) at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. You will direct the activities of associates on your shift and ensure tasks meet policy, quality, and safety standards.

Duties include training, creating work schedules, evaluating performance, preparing production or sales reports, and serving as the main point of contact for staff concerns. Prior pizza experience is preferred but not required.

SHIFT SUPERVISOR (PIZZA KITCHEN) (FULL TIME)

• We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR (PIZZA KITCHEN) positions.
• Location: Westchester Medical Center - 100 Woods Road, Valhalla, NY 10595. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary; rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous pizza experience is preferred but not required.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
