Job summary

Eurest is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor at Delta SEA - 17801 International Boulevard, Seatac, WA 98158. The role directs associates on a shift, ensures policy compliance and maintains safety and quality standards. You will train staff, schedule, review performance, and prepare reports for management.

Strong supervisory experience in food service, knowledge of food safety, and ability to lead a team are required. Weekends and holidays may be required.

• Experience in food & beverage operations.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks are completed.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports and monitor quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee questions and time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees to support advancement within the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
