Job summary

Eurest USA in Seattle is hiring a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR to oversee a mid-to-evening shift at Eurest National Accounts. Location: 400 9th Avenue N, Seattle, WA 98109. You will direct associates, ensure quality, productivity and safety, and report on shift outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of culinary and customer service experience and are ready to lead, train, and schedule staff. This role includes generous benefits and opportunities for growth.

• Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of associates during a shift and ensure policy adherence.
• Provide training and create staff schedules.

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
