Job summary

Eurest at Capital One Cafe in Santa Clara, CA is hiring for immediate full and part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR roles. You will direct associates during a shift, ensure policy adherence, and maintain quality, safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and acting as the main point of contact for staff. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available with competitive pay.

• At least 6 months of shift supervisor experience.
• Must be available to work 4 shifts per week, including weekends.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
