Job summary

ESFM USA in Rockville, VA is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to direct the activities of associates on a designated shift, ensuring compliance with policy and safety standards. Prior supervisory experience is required, with warehouse and janitorial experience considered a plus.

Schedule options include Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, with days or nights. During startup, a Monday–Friday daytime shift may be required before transitioning to the regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline those who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Act as the contact person for employee requests for time off or concerns.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• During the initial site startup and construction clean phase, all team members will temporarily work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, before transitioning to their assigned schedule.

• Fixed Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
