ESFM is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor in Lexington, KY. You will direct associates on a specific shift and ensure completion of daily tasks in line with policy and safety standards.

Responsibilities include training, schedule creation, performance evaluation, and reporting to management. You may mentor staff and support career growth while performing additional duties as needed.

• We have an opening for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: 172 Trade Street, Lexington, KY 40511 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: At least 3 years of experience required.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
