Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor for full-time on-site work in our Retail department. You will assist the General Manager, supervise staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while upholding regulatory standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires prior management and cash-handling experience, plus the ability to communicate effectively in English and maintain confidentiality. Salary will be commensurate with experience and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members; operate electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

ROLESUMMARY

TheShift Supervisor willbe responsible forassistingthe General Manager/Assistant General Managerinleadership andsupervision of store personnel, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuring the efficient dailyoperationof the store. This roleis responsible forensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

KEYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff

and retail processes

Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising

Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations

Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees

Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives

Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory

Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations

Maintain professional working relationships with business partners

Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance

Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

High School Diplomarequired

Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus

Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience

ADDITIONAL MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS

Mustpossessa valid driver’s license and passaMVR background check (delivery locations only)

Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies

Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude
