ESFM USA is seeking a shift supervisor to direct associate activities and ensure policy adherence. The role includes overseeing training, scheduling, and performance management to meet quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Supervisory, Janitorial, and Sanitization experience required. Must have organizational skills.

Compensation

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour
