Position Overview

We are hiring immediately for full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at UPMC Children’s Hospital, 1 Children’s Hospital Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15224. The role requires online applications only.

• Schedule: Full‑time; 3:00 pm–11:30 pm and 10:30 pm–7:00 am, rotating weekends. Days may vary; details discussed during interview.
• Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating worker performance, rewarding high performers, and disciplining those who fail to meet standards.
• Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Acting as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentoring employees, developing their skills, and encouraging goal setting and advancement within the organization.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prior supervisory and housekeeping experience required.
