Job Opening: Shift Supervisor

We are hiring immediately for full-time Shift Supervisor positions at Morrison Healthcare.

Location

UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh - 4401 Penn Avenue Main Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA 15224. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full-time schedule. Days and hours may vary. Must be able to work every other weekend/holiday. More details upon interview.

Requirements

• ACT 33, 43 & 73 required.
• Must have supervisor experience.

Pay Rate

$22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
