AutoZone's Full-Time Shift Supervisors assist the Store Manager in leading company initiatives, ensuring maximum productivity, training high-performing AutoZoners in a safe environment, driving sales, controlling expenses and shrink, and maintaining compliance with company procedures. Position Responsibilities

1. Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing store personnel.
2. Assume responsibility for store operation and the commercial department during the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager and Store Manager, on assigned shifts.
3. Manage the Commercial and Hub Departments to ensure service and delivery commitments are met.
4. Delegate and ensure timely completion of merchandising tasks.
5. Operate cash registers, handle cash duties, deposits, petty cash, and lane accountability.
6. Follow all company policies and loss prevention procedures.
7. Utilize ZNET to assist customers in locating merchandise or finding alternatives.
8. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure staff use PPE.
9. Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security controls.
10. Maintain sales productivity, store appearance, and merchandising standards.
11. Conduct opening and closing procedures.
12. Manage emergency situations and conduct proper procedures.
13. Follow accident procedures and report incidents.
14. Provide performance feedback to the store manager.
15. Monitor and manage Risk & Safety activities to maintain safety.
16. Address and resolve customer concerns to turn complaints into compliments.
17. Process returns and manage inventory effectively.
18. Communicate issues and concerns to the Store Manager promptly.
19. Motivate staff to provide excellent customer service, enhance productivity, and promote sales.

Position Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• High integrity and strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive customer service.
