• Location: AdventHealth Fish Memorial - 1055 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, FL 32763. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time with varying days and hours, including weekends; a combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous high-volume food service experience preferred but not required.
• Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Position: Oversee activities of associates during a shift, ensuring completion of job expectations while maintaining policy and procedure standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints and requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
