Job summary

Restaurant Associates in New York, NY is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to oversee a team during a scheduled shift at Bank of America. The role requires catering and hospitality experience, with training provided.

The position includes coordinating schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring quality, safety and customer service standards are met. The successful candidate will supervise associates, handle time-off requests, mentor staff, and prepare reports for management.

Job Summary

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
