Eurest in Nashville is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead associates on a specific shift and ensure policy and procedure compliance.

Must have Cook and/or Food Service experience; compensation ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Schedule is Wednesday–Sunday, 4:00 pm–12:30 am. Applications accepted ongoing. Eurest is committed to diversity and inclusion and to delivering excellent service.

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks per policy.

• Act as the contact person for employee concerns or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
