Job summary

ESFM USA is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor at 3327 E Harrisburg Pike, Middletown, PA 17057. The role directs associates on a specific shift and ensures policy and procedure are followed, while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities include training and scheduling, evaluating performance, preparing production reports, and acting as the main point of contact for time-off requests. Previous supervisory and janitorial experience is required; evening shift Thursday to Sunday.

• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.

We have an opening for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

Schedule: Full time schedule. Thursday - Sunday, 7:00 pm - 5:30 am. More details upon interview.

Requirement: At least 1 year of supervisory and janitorial experience required.

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $17.50 per hour

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
