We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: LCMC-East Jefferson - 4200 Houma Boulevard, Metairie, LA 70006. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, including some weekends. Hours may vary; more details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous food service experience required.

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, oversee completion of assigned tasks, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints and requests for time off.
• Mentor employees, encourage goal setting, and support career development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
