We are hiring immediately for full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

Location: Owensboro Health Twin Lakes – 910 Wallace Avenue, Leitchfield, KY 42754. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full‑time schedule Monday through Friday, hours may vary; rotating weekends and holidays included. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous retail, cooking, and supervisory experience required.

Pay Range: $15.68 per hour to $23.83 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable performance standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
