Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor in Covington, LA. You will oversee a team during a shift, ensure adherence to policies, and coordinate training and schedules to maintain quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
