Unidine is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at The Crossings Retirement Community in League City, TX. You will direct associates on shift, train staff, schedule work, and ensure quality, safety, and service standards are met.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of food service supervisory experience; senior living or healthcare experience is preferred. You must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide training and create staff work schedules; monitor performance and address issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
