Job summary

Unidine, located in Lancaster, PA, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor to direct the activities of associates on a shift and ensure that work is completed in accordance with policy and procedure. This role includes training staff, creating schedules, and monitoring performance to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Unidine is hiring immediately for a full timeSHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

• Location: Homestead Village - 1800 Village Circle, Lancaster, PA 17603.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; 30 hours per week. 6:00 am - 2:00 pm; 11:00 am - 7:30 pm, 2:30 hours a day every other weekend. Days may vary. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior serving and fine dining experience required.
