Job summary

Unidine is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor at Homestead Village in Lancaster, PA. The role directs associates on a shift and ensures daily goals are met, with a 30-hour workweek and rotating 6:00 am–2:00 pm, 11:00 am–7:30 pm, and occasional weekend coverage.

Prior serving and fine dining experience is required; the position includes training, scheduling, performance reviews, and reporting to management. We offer shift meals and wellness programs as part of the benefits package.

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Unidine is hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

• Location: Homestead Village - 1800 Village Circle, Lancaster, PA 17603.
• Schedule: Full time schedule; 30 hours per week. 6:00 am - 2:00 pm; 11:00 am - 7:30 pm, 2:30 hours a day every other weekend. Days may vary. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior serving and fine dining experience required.

• Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour
