• We are hiring immediately for full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.
• Location: La Verne University - 1950 Third Street, La Verne, CA 91750. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as contact for employee complaints and requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
