Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and patient experience preferred.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding workplace safety and employee relations.

Location & Schedule

Location: Mayo Clinic – 700 West Avenue South, La Crosse, WI 54601. Online applications only.

Schedule: Full‑time 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm; days may vary with rotating weekends and holidays required.

Pay Range

$21.00 to $23.50 per hour.
