Job Description: Shift Supervisor at Morrison Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor position at Morrison Healthcare.

Location: Memorial Hermann Centralized Call Center - 7500 Beechnut Street, Houston, TX 77074. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts. Hours and days may vary, including rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Previous healthcare call center supervisory experience preferred.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints and requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goals and career advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
