Job Opportunity: Shift Supervisor at Morrison Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Morrison Healthcare.

Location: Prisma Health Greenville - 701 Grove Road, Greenville, SC 29605. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary, including rotating weekends. More details provided upon interview.

Requirement: Prior supervisor experience is required.

Pay Range: $17.50 to $24.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Essential Duties

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare reports on production or sales for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
