Job Opening: Shift Supervisor at ESFM

We have an opening for a full-time Shift Supervisor position at ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group USA.

Location: L'Oreal Florence - 7080 New Buffington Road, Florence, KY 41042

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Experience required.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

1. Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring completion of assigned tasks while maintaining policy and procedure compliance.
2. Provide training and create work schedules.
3. Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
4. Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
5. Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
6. Mentor employees, encourage goal setting, and promote professional development.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
