Shift Supervisor – Full Time

We are hiring immediately for full‑time Shift Supervisor positions at 1000 N Dixie Avenue, Cookeville, TN 38505. Online applications are accepted only. This role requires nights and weekend availability.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position may require work year‑round and may be unpaid during academic breaks.

Qualifications

At least two years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service.
