Job Details

• Location: Swift Creek Healthcare - 221 Brightmore Drive, Cary, NC 27518
• Schedule: Full time; days and hours may vary. Weekends required. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior supervisor experience required.
• Pay Range: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating worker performance, rewarding high performers, and disciplining underperformers.
• Preparing reports for management ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Acting as the primary contact for employee concerns and requests.
• Mentoring employees and encouraging professional growth.
