Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at Trine University, Angola, IN. This role oversees a high-volume dining operation and directs associates during a shift.

You will train staff, schedule work, and ensure quality, productivity and safety. The position offers competitive pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour and benefits; Monday–Friday schedule with day or night shifts.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
