Bon Appétit Management Company, Savannah, GA, seeks a Shift Supervisor to direct daily activities, train associates, and ensure policy and procedures are followed during a shift.

Full and part-time opportunities are available. Weekend and evening hours required with a shift premium for these times. The role includes scheduling, supervising food service, and upholding food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, cooking, food service, and food safety experience is required.
• Ability to train and schedule associates and manage daily shift operations.
• Strong adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure completion of job expectations.
• Provide training and create work schedules for team members.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety targets.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
