Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, solid communication skills, and a positive, energetic approach to team development.

Responsabilidades

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
