Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedures are maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Serve as contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
