Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Great Bend, KS to oversee shift operations, coach crew members, and ensure excellent customer service and product quality. The role reports to the Assistant Manager with a rotating schedule and approximately 45 hours per week.

Requirements include 1 year of supervisory retail experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and being at least 21 years old. Competitive benefits accompany a starting hourly range of $14.50–$15.00.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
