Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.
• Oversee completion of assigned tasks while upholding policy and procedures.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance and recognize high performers.
• Discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management.
• Act as contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage career advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
