Job summary

Sinkula Investments (Franchise) is seeking a Shift Supervisor for multiple Northern KY locations. This full-time role oversees daily operations and supports a high standard of service.

You will train and monitor staff, ensure food safety and health regulations, manage shift tasks, and uphold Service Excellence and Customer Courtesy.

The position requires strong communication, teamwork, basic math, and physical stamina to stand all shifts, with nights, weekends, and some holidays included.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to stand 8-hour shifts and lift 20–50 lbs.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Training, monitoring, and reinforcing all food safety procedures.
• Ensuring company and health regulations are followed at all times while maintaining a safe, secure, and clean working environment.
• Overseeing crew tasks to maintain quality, speed, and cleanliness.
• Supporting overall “Service Excellence” and “Customer Courtesy” standards.
• Assigning and monitoring tasks for maximum team productivity.
• Assisting in training and cross-training crew members.
• Protecting company cash, property, products, and equipment.
